Get join priority when games are full!

Say for example the Lobby has 48 players, and the Host set the game size to 24 players, players without a rank would have a 50% chance to not participate in the game and be forced to spectate.

This rank solves that issue, giving you priority over players without a rank!

Please note that if the amount of players that have FastPass exceed the max player count for a game, you may still be randomly chosen to spectate.
